High-vibration living is not emotional censorship. It is the practice of choosing honesty, responsibility, beauty, humor, prayer, rest, and meaningful action without demanding that pain disappear before life can be sacred.
A healthy spiritual practice should help you become more grounded, more compassionate, and more capable of reality. It should not make you afraid to ask questions, seek medical care, document harmful behavior, or admit that something feels wrong.
The bigger question is not whether an emotion is positive or negative. It is whether the emotion is informing you, controlling you, or being used by someone else to manipulate your choices.
